I've been wearing one of these for about 4 months now and it's great. It is by far the most convenient method I have found to hold an appendix. My job requires me to carry it when I travel, and the basement is the most useful tactical way to do it, but it's always been inconvenient. This holster keeps the gun higher because it doesn't rely on a waist belt, making it more comfortable and easier to draw quickly. I also have to wear workout clothes over and over because this holster doesn't rely on a belt, it's better than anything else I've tried. The waist belt is sturdy enough to hold my pistol (with light), a spare mag, and a pair of handcuffs wrapped around it without issue even when running.

I learned about this holster from a Sage Dynamics video. I really appreciate that the mill and hidden "wings" are included in the holster. Some drills I've had in the past that have hanging wings have a tendency to bend or break when you use them hard, and they don't even have a mill.

I bought this holster because I just started trying out appendix carry and I like the flexibility of accepting multiple guns. The holster fits my M&P and XdM very well and when I find the 'sweet spot' on my belt it conceals well. It feels like the built-in mill gives enough strength to the body. My only complaint is that the bottom of the holster has very little / too much heat.
